This was a longer spinning ride at 1:15:25 ride. That’s a whole 15 minutes longer than typical! Tougher than yesterday; I’m not sure if it was because of a different bike or because of exercising yesterday. I am hoping it’s the bike :). Serious butt uncomfortable issues. Spent most of the time at setting 14 with a bit of time at 15 with 90 RPM and 83 RPM respectively. Did a little more than 4 minutes of “running” and standing climbs so I think that’s good. Got a good stretching that included Yoga moves after.
